Sharp Archive helps you find archived content using keywords, email addresses and their content, or file names. You can refine results by channel, date range, save searches for future use, and download search results as a PDF.

Log in to your Sharp Archive account and start a search using either option:

  • Search bar: Enter a keyword or phrase in the search bar available on any page, including the Home page.
  • Search page: Go directly to the Search page to enter your search terms and select filters if desired.
Tip: You can also copy a phrase from archived content and paste it directly into the search field. Run the search, then open any matching result to review its full content and metadata details.

Search Options & Filters

Sharp Archive provides multiple targeted search options to help you locate exact records quickly:

Search Option How to Use It
Content Search Enter a keyword or phrase to find matching archived content across conversations and channels.
Email Content Search Enter words or phrases from an email’s body or subject to find matching archived emails.
File Name Search Enter a file name or extension to locate specific archived attachments and documents.
Channel-wise Search Select one or more channels (e.g. WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, X/Twitter) to restrict your search scope.
Date-wise Search Select a start date and end date range to limit your search strictly to that time period.

  • Enter your search terms and select any required filters.
  • Run the search and click the Save Search option.
  • To reuse your query in the future, open Saved Searches.
  • Select the saved search to run it again instantly with updated archived results.

Download Search Results

  • Run a search using your preferred criteria.
  • Click the Download option to export the search results as a PDF document.
  • Open the downloaded PDF to view, archive, or share the search audit report.

  • Click the Clear icon (×) in the search field to reset the query text.
  • Enter a new keyword, phrase, or clear all filters to start fresh.
